I have had a busy day but plan to get to the gym tomorrow… more than halfway done w my 13 day work week lol.. yaaaayyyyy! Today was a crazy busy morning at work and I count it as my workout for the day bc my group of coworkers and I rocked it on a job assignment:-)

Sorry I have been a lil absent the last handful of days- I have been very busy and my focus has been elsewhere:-)
*My Sweetheart will be here in 9 days!! Oh I can’t wait!! :-) :-)
*Not been to the gym in a few days and tonight I will finally get a workout in.. as well as the rest of the week
*I’m on a 13 day spurt of working w/o a day off- I am ready for a day off.. or a few lol.. 6 days away from a day off.. more than halfway there lol.. I’ve been fortunate that my schedule has variety so it makes it bearable.. did I mention the fact my Sweetheart will be here at the end of this 13 day spurt making it go by even more easily:-)
*I wanna be able to work out the rest of this week and need to make it happen.. I miss the gym and I need some good lifting and tri training and cardio goin on:-D

Heyyyyyy all:-) went and got my lift on tonight:-) Felt really good to lift today.. only did 2 sets of 10 for most of my lifts bc I was under a time crunch.. Daniel brought his best pal Ben with so we could earn miles on our YMCA passport to healthy living challenge:-) as pictured we were able to get a stamp for it:-)
My lift tonight:
10 min hill warm up on the bike
Bench press: 20 reps at 25lbs
Squat machine: 20 reps at 90lbs
2 arm lat pull: 20 reps at 80lbs
Dead lifts: 20 reps w/ bar
Shoulder press: 20 reps at 25lbs
Abdominal machine: 40 reps at 20lbs
Back extension machine: 20 reps at 180lbs
Leg press: 20 reps at 230lbs

OKAY quick update because this evening turned really busy really fast lol.. Day did not start out the best in regards to work.. BUT it got like a TON better because my sweetheart (aka the most amazing man EVER hehe) surprised me by sending lunch to my work!! and surprised the lil one buy getting him a JJ’s gift card too which he loved a ton:-D Oh That meant so much to me and I was able to talk to him which made the day GO WAYYYYYY better:-) like zillion times better:-)
I’ve been feeling icky.. had some sort of weird cold.. but oddly got it under control and some female things not being so nice.. Went to the gym as recommended ;-) to make me feel a lil better and it worked.. I actually am doing pretty good.. so lil guy and I went to the gym for a half hour routine- we did 15 on the elliptical (I chose a virtual tour through Chicago) then we did a 15 min hill ride on bikes (lil guy and I raced lol)..
While at our Gym we joined this super cool passport healthy living program for a month I think it is.. We earn miles for healthy living and you choose a destination (amount of goal miles) for this passport and they stamp it for accomplishments and put our names up on the wall and we get as free teeshirt.. Little guy and I chose to travel to Argentina for our goal which is almost 6K miles:-D Great way to keep to goals!!
After that raced to the grocery store then hurried home to make homemade chicken noodle.. also did dishes while I cooked and about to throw a load of laundry in.. eat a late dinner then Warcraft with my special someone:-)

I feel like I was hit by a truck. I want to get home and into some oversized sweat pants and vegitate.. I am grateful the work day is moving along decently though.. but o m goodness getting outta bed this morning was rough. I hope everyone is having a good day!!

Its been 2 years since you went to Heaven.. I miss my sweet nephew Blake every day! I cannot believe its been 2 years since he has passed.. I so badly wish I could bring him home to us. I know he lives strong in each and all of our hearts.. but I miss holding him close.. seeing those bright eyes. I miss my sister and brother in law having their son home with them..

Had a great time at the gym with Cheryl! She went jogging and i did 15 min hilly bike ride then just worked core area.. Did 20 back extensions with a 12 lb ball.. Then 20 back extensions at 100 lbs with the back extension machine. Then 40 reps at 20 lbs on the abdominal machine. Now to get on with the rest of the day! Have a great day all!!:-)
