Okay a lil behind on posting my workouts! The first pic is of my hour lift session on Saturday the 2nd pic is of my C25k run (1.83 miles) for Today- Tuesday!
Abdominal: 3 sets of 10 @ 20lbs
Bench Press: 3 sets of 10 @ 25lbs
Squat Machine: 3 sets of 10 @ 90lbs
Seated Row ( 2 seated): 3 sets of 10 @ 70lbs
Dead lifts: 3 sets of 10 w/ 45lb bar
Shoulder press w/ dumbells: 3 sets of 10 @ 25 lbs
Back extension: 3 sets of 10 @ 180lbs
Leg press: 3 sets of 10 @ 230lbs
Today I ran 1.83 miles on the C25K program before I fixed dinner! I had a busy day so I felt really good about getting out to do that! I def had some great motivation from my honey~ runrampid! ;-) So thank you very much dear!! :-)
Well I am off to relax the rest of the night and get some light cleaning done, Google Video my Sweetheart and watch a movie! Good Night all!

Workin’ it out Hip hop style
Got a short workout in tonight~
20 min hip hop/90’s cardio dance routine followed by
*30 second plank
*30 leg raises
*30 reg crunches
*30 side crunches for each side
*30 jumping jacks
Why 30? Because I will be 30 in less than 30 days hahahahaha.. It was a good workout- built up a sweat and had fun trying some new moves in the hip hop part!

~*Good Morning Everyone*~
Been a stranger most of this last week…I had a really long work week- 56 hours.. then on my down time for the most part I was pretty busy.
Tonight I am going jogging (weather permitting).. otherwise cross training at the gym.. then after that I am going to talk to my sweetheart throughout the night, warcraft and pop in a pizza and chillax.. I miss him sooo much and now we are just 14 days away until I see him!! I am very excited about that!!
This week its back onto the workout regiment and training.. Daniel will be doing some Tri training with me because he is really wanting to do a Kid Tri.. so he will likely do one this summer! I can’t wait and I think its really cool he wants to try one :-)
**Oh Tumblrs I need recommendations please~ Cheryl and I are doing a half marathon this summer.. We haven’t decided on one as of yet- What are your fav half’s around here in the twin cities? I am willing to drive a lil distance for one too— So def would love to hear what ones you have enjoyed~ Thank you!!!!

Well today I have a 16 hour shift at work.. So that is all my day is consisting of lol.. No workout today.. I will cross train tomorrow after work.. then Monday I have one more 16 hour shift.. haha.. Definitely missing my sweetheart and we are officially 3 weeks away from seeing one another again *YaY!!!***!! Other than that I hope everyone is having a great day and weekend!! :-)
Okay So Confession time- I didn’t get to the half marathon trainer program run I originally had planned yesterday. HOWEVER:-) I did start it today! 45 min half marathon trainer program run done! I Love it.. its the same basis as C25K only for half marathon training! I almost didn’t go.. I allowed a pizza coma to come over me and fell into a cat nap lol… My Boyfriend who I told earlier that I was going to get my run in today (to keep myself accountable since I missed it yesterday) asked if I was running today… I told him I hadn’t yet lol.. that was enough to shake me outta my lazy and get my buns in gear and get outside.. apparently we are getting a snow storm tonight and tomorrow and the ice pellets started coming down when I went outside.. lol I didn’t mind the added icy challenge and off I went! It felt GREAT to get out and run omgosh.. Loved that and totally needed it! I thanked Mike because had he not asked I don’t think I would have made it out tonight and would have been very disappointed in myself for not going.. I loved his sweet messages along the way too:-D We have awesome health goals and a half marathon wont run itself nor will the run portion of his and my Triathlon hehe.. Well now I am off to relax the rest of the night! Have a good night all! :-D
Okay.. Well I just had 2 days of crazy lifting moving my sister and brother in law to their new place:-) So tomorrow.. I am starting this program.. 13.1 Pro program.. I have a half marathon I promised Cheryl this summer and I also have a Triathlon I am doing with my Boyfriend too:-) So what better way to amp up my running than this program? :-D I skimmed through it this evening and really like how it builds you up to 13.1 miles! So Tomorrow is Day 1:-) Nice 45 min workout ahead! Updates to follow tomorrow!!! YaY!!!!!! Good night all:-D
